When you purchase a preorder product, you are purchasing it before it has been made. Once production is complete, we'll pack your order and send it straight to you. It takes longer for you to receive but it is more sustainable and better for the environment!

How long will I wait?
Our current estimated preorder timeframe is 7-9 weeks after the preorder is closed. We'll always keep you updated, but occasionally shipping or production delays can extend this timeframe.

Why do you offer preorders?
A lot of our pieces sell out quickly, and we always receive messages from people who missed out. Preorders give more people the chance to secure their size before a collection sells out, while also helping us avoid producing unnecessary excess stock.

Can I cancel my preorder?
Because production begins based on preorder numbers, we're unable to cancel or refund preorder purchases once your order has been placed.

Can I change my size?
If preorders are still open, we can change your size before production begins—just send us an email. Once production is underway, we're unfortunately unable to make any changes to your order.

What if I order in-stock and preorder items together?
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once your preorder item arrives.
If you'd like your in-stock items to be shipped sooner, simply select Split Delivery at checkout. Alternatively, you can place two separate orders.
