Refund policy
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, accidental purchases or order cancellations.
Refunds will only be considered where an item is deemed faulty in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@kwestclothing.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Clear photo of the fault
- Description of the fault
Once your request has been received, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. This may include a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing issues can happen, and we will do our best to facilitate size exchanges where possible.
Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. As many of our items are released in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size will be available.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- be unused, unworn and unwashed
- be in its original condition
- have all tags and packaging intact
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
Kwest Clothing reserves the right to decline exchanges if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Please ensure all order details, including sizing, shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeframe stated at the time of purchase.
Sale Items
Sale items, discounted items, gift cards and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, unless deemed faulty.
