Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Kwest Clothing is not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or tariffs incurred during or after shipping.

Any additional fees charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery where applicable.

Delivery & Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, Kwest Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered parcels.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is correct.

If a parcel is returned to Kwest Clothing due to an incorrect address being provided, failure to collect the parcel, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for paying any re-delivery shipping fees before the order can be re-sent.
