Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Kwest Monthly Mystery Tee Giveaway is open to entrants worldwide. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Each person is permitted one entry only. Multiple entries using different email addresses are not permitted.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway signup form on the Kwest website, providing their name, valid email address and preferred tee size.

By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Kwest, including updates about new releases, restocks, promotions and exclusive offers.

3. Monthly Draws

One winner will be randomly selected each month and announced on the 1st day of the month (New Zealand time).

Once entered, participants will automatically remain eligible for future monthly draws, provided they remain subscribed to Kwest's marketing emails and continue to meet these Terms & Conditions.

Entries received after a month's draw has been conducted will be eligible for the following monthly draw.

4. Prize

Each monthly winner will receive one (1) Kwest mystery tee in the size selected on their original giveaway entry form.

The design and colour of the mystery tee will be selected by Kwest. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.

Shipping is included at no cost to the winner, including for international winners.

5. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry on the 1st day of the month.

The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification email to claim their prize.

If the winner does not respond within this period, they will forfeit their prize and Kwest may select an alternative winner.

6. Email Subscription

An active subscription to Kwest's email marketing list is a condition of ongoing eligibility.

Participants may unsubscribe from Kwest marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Unsubscribing will remove the participant from eligibility for future monthly draws.

7. General Conditions

Kwest reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries, and amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Kwest is not responsible for incorrect contact details supplied by entrants or unsuccessful delivery notifications caused by those details.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the competition, contact winners and send marketing communications in accordance with Kwest's Privacy Policy.

Participants may contact Kwest regarding their personal information or marketing preferences at any time.
