Occasionally we will do a preorder where orders are open for a week or so and once this date passes, the bulk order will be placed with our supplier.

This is a more sustainable form of fashion however, these garments are made from scratch which means it will take a lot longer for you to receive your garment. Please allow 4-5 weeks from the closing date for garment production.

However, as with everything, unexpected things can happen and there may be delays, if you have any concerns with your order, feel free to send us an email.

This can occur when your order has been packed by us but not yet scanned by the courier.

Please check your tracking again after one business day. If you are still having issues, feel free to send us an email and we will look into this for you!

We understand you might be excited to get your items sooner! However, to keep shipping costs fair and efficient, we usually send all items in your order together once everything is ready.

If you want to receive the other items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.
