Shipping Policy

Domestic orders (NZ) 

$7 flat rate

Orders are processed within 3 working days and delivered within 4 working days. Although, we try our best to fulfill orders and get them shipped out ASAP, some delays may occur. Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time, please contact us on kwestclothingnz@gmail.com.

 

International orders (Outside NZ)

$20

Orders are processed within 3 working days and delivered within 10 working days. Although, we try our best to fulfill orders and get them shipped out ASAP, some delays may occur. Please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived within this time, please contact us on kwestclothingnz@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges & Returns Policy

Refunds

All products are ‘non-refundable’ unless the product is faulty. If you have received a faulty product, please contact us on kwestclothingnz@gmail.com and include the following:

— Order number

— Your name

— Photograph of faulty product

 

Terms & Conditions

The garment/s must be in the original condition with original packaging and tags. 

Kwest Clothing has the right to deny any garment/s that are not in the original condition. This includes garments that have been washed, stained or altered. If the garment does not meet our criteria, a return will not be granted.

Please note that cracked printing does not qualify as a ‘fault’. This is because our garments are printed with puff printing which is prone to cracking and produces a ‘vintage’ aesthetic after a while. This was done intentionally and therefore, cracked printing is not grounds for a return.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can not be cancelled once they are placed.
